A 3.5 hour practical education workshop designed to set you up for fitness and nutrition success! Specifically designed for riders, the exercises you will be taught will be efficient, low impact and easy to fit into the already busy schedules riders have.
- 60 minutes fitness theory and practicals
- 45 minute group workout
- 45 minute nutrition theory and goal setting
Workshop includes a break with morning tea provided.
All participants receive Level 1 and Level 2 guides.
