The Level 3 fitness guide builds on from the Level 1 foundation program and the Level 2 continuing to strengthening your core for riding.
The guide includes 18 rider specific exercises with three different session plans covering:
- Full body
- Upper body
- Lower body
Each session takes around 15 minutes to complete and are designed to incorporate into your weekly riding schedule.
There are two additional bonus short circuit sessions that can be incorporated after the upper body or lower body to challenge you for your riding as you get stronger.
