Stage 3 – Return to riding strength training
The guide covers what to expect after having a baby, when you can return to riding and up to 24 weeks of incremental strength guides to get you back riding strong.
Bonus – Return to riding horse fitness guide and planning template are included to support you in incorporating your horse into your strength routine.
The stage 3 strength program includes 12 post-baby rider specific exercises with three different session plans covering:
- Upper body
- Lower body
- Whole body
Each session takes around 15 minutes to complete and are designed to incorporate into a busy life with babies or kids.
